Welcome! I'm Rachel Kelley, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP) with extensive experience guiding individuals and families through life's transitions - including relationship and parenting concerns, relocation and career changes, physical and mental health challenges, grief, anxiety, and loss. I work with both adolescents and adults to navigate complex life maps which may include trauma, sexual abuse, substance misuse, indecision, loneliness, and more. My approach is grounded in a solutions-focused, systems theory framework that honors the interconnectedness of personal, relational, and environmental factors. In addition to traditional therapies, I hold a certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Integration, specializing in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Psychotherapy (PHRP), supporting clients experiencing treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My work focuses on integrating insights from non-ordinary states of consciousness into meaningful, lasting change.
